Antoinette (Toni) Libro was awarded Third Prize in the Allen Ginsberg Poetry Contest for 2011; her winning poem will appear in the upcoming issue of Paterson Literary Review; other recent publications include the Aurorean, Adanna, Moonbathing, Red Lights, and Take Five: Best Contemporary Tanka, 2011. Professor Emerita of Writing Arts at Rowan University, she retired after a teaching career of 35 years; since that time, she and husband, Louis Braca Jr., both natives of Sea Isle City, also live in St. Augustine, FL.

The Beach Bards Poetry Reading Series for 2013 will present a program featuring two distinguished poets every third Monday of the month, beginning in June and ending in October. The Reading Series is sponsored by the Cape May County Library and is held at the Sea Isle City Branch Library from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Poets will read from original works and sign copies of their books when available.
