She is also the founder and publisher of CavanKerry Press Ltd.

Jean Hollander was director of Annual Writers' Conferences at the College of New Jersey for 23 years. She has taught literature and writing there, as well as at Princeton University, Brooklyn College, & Columbia University. She was Poetry Editor/Columnist at the Princeton Packet for many years. Instead, after happily getting married and having children, she started writing poetry in her forties. “Though I wrote my first poem at the age of 8, I did not write another poem for a quarter century,” she says. Winner of the 2012 New Jersey Poet’s Prize, her collection, Life Work is her eighth published book of poems.
