Maria Mazziotti Gillan is currently on a poetic tour of Italy.
On June 19 -21, she was at the Prixe Festival in Erice, Sicily. She also is judging a poetry competition, the International Premio de Poesia de Nat Scammacca.
She is reading today in Taormina, Sicily.
On June 29, she will be in San Mauro, Cilento, Southern Italy for a book presentation, high school class lecture, and celebration for her new book.
July 2, Maria will be reading at the University of Rome.
Gillan's latest book will be published as an Italian/English edition. It is titled In the Place of Flowers and Light. This dual language edition will be be presented in San Mauro, Cilento on June 30.
