This month to celebrate Women’s History Month and to launch The Friends of the Library Poetry Night Series, the Highland Park Public Library (NJ) sponsored a poetry reading and art reception with poet-painter Maria Mazziotti Gillan.
The gallery show, "Women Dressed in Dreams," will be up throughout March 2019 in the library meeting room.
Maria Mazziotti Gillan's most recent books are the poetry and photography collection, Paterson Light and Shadow and the poetry collection, What Blooms in Winter . Her collection of poems along with some of her paintings is The Girls in the Chartreuse Jackets . Maria's official website is MariaGillan.com.
